Congratulations on being selected for YPK's Leadership Certificate! We are thrilled to have this great group of young professionals from diverse backgrounds as a part of our 9th annual cohort.

About the Program:

YPK’s Leadership Certificate is a unique program that addresses specific leadership development needs of young professionals as emerging leaders. The program spans seven classes over three months on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 7:30 from May 29 - July 31. The program cost is $200 and includes materials, meals, and the assessment/coaching.

Participants will use structured exercises and assessments to develop improved awareness about themselves and others. The program provides interaction with community leaders, reading material, meals, and coaching. The classes will cover topics addressing self-awareness, diversity, equity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, leadership, management, communication within a team, and presentation skills. Plus, there are opportunities to network with fellow participants, alumni, and the community which will be just as important as the class content!
